1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the hoh99 platform available at hoh99.win (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", or "Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, together with hoh99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and hoh99 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use hoh99, you must satisfy each of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. hoh99 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds will be subject to review.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of hoh99 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform through any self-exclusion mechanism or by hoh99 administrative action.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.

hoh99 reserves the right to request documentary verification of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account on hoh99. The creation of duplicate accounts ("Multi-Accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. hoh99 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify hoh99 immediately at support@hoh99.win if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. hoh99 may suspend your account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.

hoh99 implements Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures consistent with international gaming authority standards. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on hoh99 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit ("MYR"). Accepted payment methods include, without limitation, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and RHB Bank. hoh99 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: RM 10 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 30 per transaction.
• Processing Time: Deposits are credited immediately upon confirmed receipt. Withdrawal processing targets a maximum of 15 minutes for verified accounts, subject to payment provider processing times.
• Verification: hoh99 may request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering ("AML") measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the User.

hoh99 does not charge internal transaction fees, but Users are responsible for any fees levied by their own payment providers. All funds deposited must be used for gaming activity. Deposits that are not used for gameplay and are subsequently withdrawn may be subject to an administrative review.

hoh99 maintains a strict policy against money laundering and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation by relevant authorities. Transactions identified as potentially suspicious will be escalated under hoh99's AML compliance framework.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, hoh99 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Users ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms that will be published at the time of the offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bonus funds are distinct from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• hoh99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform.
• Abuse of Promotions — including but not limited to bonus hunting, use of multiple accounts, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Promotions are intended for genuine recreational players and hoh99 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on hoh99 are subject to individual game rules published within the Platform. By placing a wager, you acknowledge that you understand the relevant game rules. In the event of a dispute between the displayed game result and the server-side game log, the server-side record shall prevail.

hoh99 games use independently certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology. Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages are published in the game information panels. hoh99 does not alter certified RTP values in respect of individual player accounts.

hoh99 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, during a technical fault, or under circumstances that hoh99 determines in good faith to be irregular. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hoh99 and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in chip-dumping in poker or live table games.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any unlawful financial transaction.
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward hoh99 staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on hoh99 — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of hoh99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on hoh99 without the prior written consent of hoh99.

9. Privacy & Data

hoh99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing. hoh99 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for Platform operation and with authorities where required by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

hoh99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-down periods, and self-exclusion. hoh99 complies with international gaming authority requirements on responsible gambling, including age verification and restrictions on the marketing of gambling services to vulnerable persons. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hoh99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill. hoh99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the incident.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hoh99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Termination

hoh99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms or that continued access poses a risk to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, any bonus balance is forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your verified payment method after any outstanding investigations are concluded, subject to AML and fraud checks.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting hoh99 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which hoh99 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through hoh99's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant gaming authority, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction as applicable.

14. Amendments

hoh99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure.
